Wedding DJ & MC Package pricing

Yes. We can add a talent reservation fee of $500 to the contract to lock in a specific DJ. Alternatively, you can leave it to us to pick the DJ from our team for your celebration. You'll know who your DJ is at least a month before your wedding.

Nope! The pricing is what it is. No travel fees. No setup fees. No equipment rental fees. No credit card processing fees. No other random fees that you weren't expecting.

Final pricing is what you see, plus tax (but we can't avoid that). Hawaii tax is 4.712%.

Nope. Our contracts are for up to 6.5 hours of continuous service. It's  simple and like this... If the guests are arriving at 3:30 and we are to start playing pre-cermeony music at that time we'll end at 10:00pm.

If a musician is playing for cocktail hour, that hour doesn't roll over to the end of the night, to have us finish at 11pm. Once the clock starts, it doesn't stop until 6.5 hours is up.

We can always add an hour or two of overtime to the contract for an earlier start time or later end time.

Ceremony service does not add more performance time. Ceremony service add additional equipment, setup time, and logistics required to run a smooth and clear ceremony.

We can always create a custom quote and mix and match services. Let us know what you'd like and we can make it happen. Some services have hard costs so we'll share some options with you.

For example can you swap out 8 uplights for 2 colds sparks? We could apply a little credit but it's not a straight swap. Cold sparks have consumables and other logistical requirements that uplights don't have.

Another example... can you eliminate a DJ assitant for DJ furniture? No way. Unless it's a super simple setup on our side, the DJ assistant is necessary for the success of the celebration.

Can you remove MC work by the DJ and add some additional uplights? Sure! That'd be an easy swap.

Yes. We'll hype everyone up for a grand entrance and make timeline related annoucements. We keep it friendly, upbeat, and minimal. We are not constantly interrupting conversation and are never stealing attention with bad jokes. If it doesn't need to be said, we don't say it. It's the perfect approach for 95% of all the weddings we do.
